Terms of use

The terms under which predict.bar publishes market prices and model forecasts: information only, not financial advice, no trading and no accounts.

Last updated 19 September 2026.

What the site is

predict.bar publishes prices reported by third-party prediction-market venues and forecasts produced by statistical and language models, together with a public record of how those forecasts were graded. It is an information and research site. It runs no markets, takes no orders, holds no funds and offers no accounts for trading.

Not financial advice

Nothing on predict.bar is investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any contract, token or security. Forecasts are the output of models and are frequently wrong; the grading ledger exists to show exactly how often. Any decision you make is yours alone.

Where the venues may not be used

The venues whose prices appear on this site are not authorised in every country, and in a number of countries, including several in the European Union, access to them is restricted or prohibited. predict.bar does not promote any venue to residents of such places and links to venues only as the source of the reported prices. It is your responsibility to know the rules that apply where you live.

Accuracy of the data

Prices, deadlines and resolutions are read from the venues’ public data interfaces by software and shown with their source and the time they were read. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong; the venue’s own page is the authoritative record. predict.bar corrects errors when it learns of them (see the editorial principles) but gives no warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability.

Use of the content

You may read, quote and link to the pages. The public grading ledger is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence: reuse it with a credit to predict.bar and a link. Venue names and marks belong to their owners. Automated access to the site must respect robots.txt and the rate at which a person would read.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, predict.bar and the people behind it are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, anything published here. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what the law requires.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the country stated on the imprint. This page was last updated on 19 September 2026; changes are noted here with the date.
